Return Process

  Contact our dedicated support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the timepiece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
